Our Story
Magnolia Realty was established in 2007 by Chip and Joanna Gaines. Becoming a part of Magnolia Realty was a dream that took place in the heart of Will & Leslie Woods & Stephanie Browne. Having worked together since 2015 they built a client experience that far exceeded a typical transaction. It made sense to link arms with Magnolia, who has always offered their guests the best in customer service and experience.

We celebrated our Grand Opening in June 2017 in Argyle, Texas when we became an extension of #YESTHATMAGNOLIA.
Our Magnolia Realty North Fort Worth team is a part of the Magnolia Realty Argyle office.

The heart of our Magnolia family began in Waco at the little shop on Bosque. Today, Magnolia Realty has expanded to multiple locations across North and Central Texas. We are honored to be a part of that Magnolia family.
